Each gîte has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, a spacious living room and comfortable bedrooms.

General booking conditions
Our seasonal rental contract is reserved exclusively for the rental of our Gîtes Belle Vue 1 and 2 on 05 260 Saint Léger les Mélèzes.
1) The tenant/vacant holding a dated right to stay concluded via an O.T.A. for a fixed period may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay.

2) The reservation becomes effective as soon as the holder of a right to stay has paid the total amount of the rental. Under no circumstances may this temporary rental be transferred, even partially, to a third party, whether an individual or a legal entity.

3) The lessee/vacation holder undertakes to provide by any means (e-mail: contact@gites-belle-vue.com or SMS/MMS to 06 84 37 50 54) photos or photocopies of identity papers and addresses of each temporary resident.
Any breach of this last paragraph may result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement, with the owner retaining full ownership of the rental income.
4) Cancellation conditions prior to arrival:
a) free cancellation up to 7 days / 1 week prior to arrival of the tenant/vacant holding a right of residence
b) penalty of 50% of the total cost of the stay if cancellation occurs within the last week of arrival.
c) the owner of Gîtes Belle Vue may use his gîte without restriction as soon as he is aware of the cancellation.
d) if the stay is shortened, the rental price is retained by the owner. No refund will be made.
e) If cancellation is at the owner's request, the owner will pay the tenant all sums paid.

5) The tenant must arrive on the day and at the time specified on the booking form. In the event of late or delayed arrival, the tenant/guest must notify the owner.

6) Payment of charges (tourist tax, cleaning, linen, etc.) must be made on arrival.

7) A visual inventory of fixtures is validated by the tenant/vacancier with the owner during the presentation of the gîtes as a whole.

8) the inventory list of the accommodation is presented in the “Welcome” booklet drawn up by the owner or his representative on arrival. On departure, this inventory will be checked by the owner and, in the event of damage or breakage not reported to the owner, will be the only reference in the event of a dispute concerning the inventory of fixtures.

9) The state of cleanliness of the gite on the arrival of the tenant/vacitor must be noted in the inventory of fixtures. Cleanliness must be at least as good as noted on arrival. is to be carried out by the tenant/vacationer during the rental period and before departure. An additional cleaning fee will be charged for the owner's intervention to carry out over-cleaning, either by the PRONET company based in 05260 Saint Léger les Mélèzes. The owner may be asked to provide the tenant/vacant with the company's estimate for this recurring intervention, on request.

10) On the arrival of the tenant/vacationer, a deposit of 300 € will be requested by the owner for a reservation without O.T.A. and directly on the site making the reservation with the tenant/vacationer. This deposit will be reimbursed after an inventory of fixtures and fittings has been made, less the cost of restoring the premises if any damage has been found.

11) The tenant must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental and use it “as a good father of the family” in accordance with the purpose of the premises.

12) The present contract is drawn up for a maximum capacity of persons. If the number of guests exceeds the capacity, the owner may refuse to accept additional guests. Any modification or breach of contract will be considered at the customer's initiative.

13) No animals are allowed in the gîtes, not even the owner's pets. This is an absolute prohibition! In the event of non-compliance with this clause, the owner may refuse the stay, in which case no refund will be made.

14) The tenant is responsible for all damage caused by him/her. He/she must be covered by a holiday insurance policy for these various risks.

15) Any complaint relating to the deposit, the inventory of fixtures and the description of the rental must be submitted immediately to the owner by e-mail to contact@gites-belle-vue.com, who must reply within 48 hours if the reservation was made without an O.T.A. otherwise directly to the platform from which the reservation originated.
